“I have had numerous brain surgeries for hydrocephalus (water on the brain) since I was 10 years old. In most recent years I have had another 5 surgeries due to a bad car accident causing traumatic brain injury (TBI). Even after those surgeries, I still suffered with migraines, body pain, memory issues, personality issues to the point that I was no longer able to work.
